Every time I touch my phone the screen says draw your pattern. These seemingly innocuous words have so much meaning than the obvious . It makes me think If I am actually living life consciously or I'm just going through the motions, evading taking necessary decisions or taking steps that might bring me closer to the life I'd want to live.
Things are not simple. Society, family; acquaintances etc. everyone connives to convince you to live life their way and impose their view, knowingly or unwittingly. But the question is; are we honest with ourselves? Are we voyageurs or just ordinary people seeking security? I just watched a documentary about planets and other things floating in space. The vastness of space made me realize the folly of human beings and their misplaced egos. We are just tiny specks in this vast universe which is part of vaster space. There are millions of galaxies and within those galaxies are millions of solar systems . And to think of man as considering himself as the center of universe is a ridiculous notion.Humans have inflated egos who can be obliterated on any given day from the face of solar system any day by a huge meteorite or asteroid. To think of all the wars fought in the name of religion and for greed is mind boggling. Isn't all of the chaos in the world today a result of ignorance ?
Know thy place humans.
